01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dhaka8 ("dhaka8", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the dhaka8 website, mobile platform, and all associated services available at dhaka8.biz (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on dhaka8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. dhaka8 operates a strict minimum age policy. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and all funds returned to the original payment method, less any amounts already wagered.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own name for your own benefit.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or regulatory prohibition that prevents you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on dhaka8. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. If duplicate accounts are detected, dhaka8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances derived from bonus activity.

dhaka8 reserves the right to request Verification Documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified may result in account restriction or closure.

04 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• You must choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• You must notify dhaka8 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

dhaka8 will never ask you for your password through any channel, including email, SMS, live chat, or social media. Any communication purporting to request your password on behalf of dhaka8 should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All bets and transactions placed from your Account while it is logged in will be treated as having been placed by you. dhaka8 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, except in cases where the breach is attributable to a fault on the part of dhaka8.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

dhaka8 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to payment provider restrictions.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the originating account where technically possible.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a few minutes, subject to payment provider processing times.
• dhaka8 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. dhaka8 may require additional Verification Documents before releasing funds, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals.
• Standard withdrawal processing time via bKash and Nagad is under five minutes once approved. Bank transfers may take up to three business days.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

dhaka8 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria are stated on each individual promotion page and may include account verification status, minimum deposit thresholds, and geographic restrictions.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that specifies the total value of wagers that must be placed before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus value).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated on each promotion.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered on dhaka8 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. Where individual game rules conflict with these general Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail for that specific product.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. dhaka8 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or modify a bet after it has been placed, except where a demonstrable system error has occurred.
• dhaka8 reserves the right to void any wager where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or irregular market movement that could not reasonably have been anticipated at the time of bet placement.
• In sports betting, results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the International Cricket Council for ICC events). dhaka8 shall not be bound by unofficial sources or amended scores published after settlement.
• Crash game outcomes are determined by a provably fair algorithm. The result of each round is independent of all previous rounds.
• All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by the relevant game studio (NetEnt, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, etc.). dhaka8 has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dhaka8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place wagers, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players or external parties.

• Providing false or misleading information during the registration or verification process.
• Attempting to access the accounts, data, or funds of other Players.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

11 Limitation of Liability

13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. 14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
